Optional maintenance service agreement

Our maintenance service agreement is an optional recurring service for customers who want the defined services listed in the agreement. It is separate from a one-off call-out. It is not insurance and does not guarantee that every repair, replacement or emergency will be included. Eligibility, exclusions, service limits, charges, cancellation rights and response arrangements are set out in the agreement before enrolment.
