Emergency Drainage & Plumbing Call-Outs
When a drainage or plumbing fault causes damage or disruption, our engineers arrange a prompt call-out during staffed hours to make the situation safe and diagnose the cause. We deal with burst pipes, severe blockages, flooding and sewage backing up, and explain the work and any charge before we proceed. Authorised repairs are completed to stop the problem and prevent further damage to your property.

A full range of everyday plumbing repairs for residential and commercial properties, carried out by qualified engineers or approved subcontractors working to our service standards. From dripping taps and running toilets to pipe repairs and fixture replacements, we investigate the fault, explain the cause and complete lasting repairs. Minor and larger repairs are both itemised and authorised before any chargeable work begins.

What's included
Drain Cleaning & Unblocking
Specialist blockage clearance for internal and external drains using high-pressure water jetting and manual rods. We clear kitchen, bathroom, soil and surface-water drains, removing grease, scale, debris and root intrusion to restore proper flow. Where a blockage keeps returning, we can follow up with a CCTV inspection to find and report the underlying cause.

CCTV Drain Surveys
A non-invasive inspection of your drainage system using high-definition cameras fed through the pipework. We record footage, map the condition and locate defects such as cracks, collapses, root ingress or misaligned joints, then provide a written summary with clear recommendations. Surveys are ideal before a property purchase, for repeat blockages, or to evidence the condition of your drains.

Annual Servicing
A scheduled inspection of your plumbing and drainage to catch developing faults early and keep systems running reliably. Our engineer checks pipework, drainage flow and accessible fixtures, tests for leaks and provides a written summary with priority recommendations. Annual servicing helps avoid costly emergencies and supports the working life of your installation.

Maintenance Plans
An optional recurring maintenance agreement that gives peace of mind with priority booking and routine cover. Plans run monthly or annually with a clear service limit of £1,000 per claim, and sit alongside our one-off call-out services.
